Cinderella Comfort - General Information

Meet the Cinderella Comfort Incineration Toilet!

Designed and manufactured in Norway for over 25 years, Cinderella - like us here at The Cabin Depot™ - are a family-owned company that is environmentally conscious and dependable. Emissions tests are so low on these units, that they are considered non-pollutant.
The Cinderella Comfort is an electric model for customers who have access to AC power. The unit comes with a NEMA 6-15P plug, requiring a dedicated matching NEMA receptacle to 240vAC and a minimum 10A fuse. It consumes approximately 1kWh per use. Comfort is a closed-air-system with a controlled intake and exhaust system, ensuring optimal incineration and energy consumption.

Cinderella Comfort has been tested and approved by the consumer safety testing body UL, and given the C-UL-US recognition mark. This mark indicates that the product is complies with Canadian and U.S. safety requirements, and satisfies all the applicable standards.

What comes with the package?

The Comfort package comes with the incineration toilet (obviously!), the product manual, 100 original bowl liners (these are required to be used - one per visit), and The Cabin Depot includes  Cinderella Accessory Kit with your Cinderella Purchase(includes the flue termination cap and a wind shield).

What will you need?

The most important prerequisite for a well-functioning toilet is correct installation. We always recommend the unit be checked by an electrician before powering on, or call us! Customers are also recommended, but not obligated to purchase the Ventilation Installation Kit (comes with 4"x 36" vent pipes with sleeves (5), 3 x wall mounts, 1 x hose clamp, 3 x support clamps and male/ female 87º elbow with condensate drain).

Interesting Facts!

  1. The total capacity for the ash container is 5L (1.1 gallons)

  2. The unit will display messages to let you know what is happening with your unit. For example, it will display a message to empty the ash container after 90 cycles and lock out further cycles if not emptied after 120 visits. We recommend emptying it one per week.

  3. If the power goes out, there is a backup battery inside to keep the fan running; until the power returns the unit is cooled until it reaches a safe temperature.

  4. Cinderella has created spare parts and add-ons for the Comfort model to help boost the end user's experience in all different climates across North America. Please check out those products HERE!
