- It is important to note that incineration toilets are designed to incinerate bodily waste products and small sanitary products such as toilet paper and non-alcoholic baby or face wipes. Using the Cinderella to incinerate other items constitutes misuse and will void your warranty. A list of example items to keep out of the unit can be found in the user manual.
- Both Cinderella Freedom and Comfort models are intended for indoor installation and use in leisure homes such as cabins, second homes, outhouses, site welfare units, boathouses and pool houses. They must not be installed in a mobile or portable installation such as a mobile home, recreational vehicle or caravan.
- Cinderella Travel was originally released in 2013 under the name "Motion" before making its debut to the North American Market as "Travel" in 2023. Representing a totally new way to handle waste in RVs, campers, mobile homes, and boats easily, without the hassle of emptying in designated areas, the Travel uses only Propane (LPG) and 12v Power to run.
